static IP address

Hi ,

in a post regarding setting a hacker lab , "r00t_3xpl01t" stated that there was an alternative way to get a static IP
can you tell us about it please ?

You can either ask your ISP to give you a static IP ( You will have to pay ) or using No-IP !!
